Each student must submit a brief monthly report summarizing mentorship activity and listing the number of hours accrued.
After the requisite hours are completed, each student will write a comprehensive paper on the mentorship experience, according to APA format. This paper represents 10% of the grade, and must contain three article critiques related to mentorship and include references.
Each mentor completes a final comprehensive evaluation of each student’s performance. This evaluation counts for 85% of each student’s grade.
Mentorship Advisors conduct oral interviews with students via phone or in person. This interview counts for 5% of the mentorship grade.
At some point during the mentorship, each student must submit a photo of him/herself and mentor.
The three grades mentioned above are added together for final grade.
An end of course survey is e-mailed to each student. Failure to complete the survey results in a five point reduction in grade, and grades are held pending notification of survey completion.
